What is your Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of vintage electrical items, occasional faults may occur that are beyond our control. We are happy to accept returns and issue refunds for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.

If you are experiencing difficulties using your item, please contact us via email—we are more than happy to guide you through how to use it.

A refund or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not offer instant full refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind or no longer liking the item

Not knowing how to use the item

Accidental purchases

Returned items must be in their original condition, including any original packaging. Items that show signs of damage, alteration, or tampering will be refused. Please handle your item carefully, as we cannot accept returns for products that have been forcibly opened or physically damaged.

All returned items must be received by us before a refund or exchange is issued. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.

Where do I send my return item?

Once your return has been authorised, we will provide the complete return address. Please do not send any items back before receiving return confirmation via email.
