You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

United Kingdom: Most orders take between 7–12 business days to be processed and shipped.

Deliveries may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs checks (for international orders), or high-volume periods.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email that includes tracking details if applicable. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
